1. Is it even possible?
2. Can I really find clothes for less than a dollar?
3. Can I pull of wearing my refashions?!?!
I've always been a bit shy and unsure about what I'm wearing, pretty much all the time. I would put on an outfit I felt really comfortable in and then get somewhere and look at everyone else and think, "There outfit is so much better than mine, why did I wear this?!" I would even go as far as to figure out what everyone else was wearing so I didn't stand out.
Oh, and before, I almost never wore dresses.
I was walking around the mall with my BFF, Stacy, when I spotted this Kate Spade Dress.
For obvious reasons, I decided to grab my trusty Rit Dye in yellow!
*so imagine awesomeness here*
So I grabbed a bunch of my scraps and cut them into strips.
I really wanted this photo shoot to have a white backdrop and I priced them out on Amazon but did not order one... so what is a DIY-er to do? Built your own! I previously painted this huge sheet of wood so I grabbed this white printer paper and nailed it to my plywood :)
(I got two of these huge rolls of plotter paper at my companies "clean out" sale like 3 years ago for $4.00. I bought it for my niece to color on...)
And yes, I set these things up in full hair and make-up. #Idomyownstunts
So, my dad said, "don't buy a confetti cannon. I can make one."
hmmm... I just bought one instead.
Love yall so much!
