I've been working on my outfit, my handbag, my shoes and my nails for a month. A MONTH. Then it is the night before and the dress just looks terrible... (don't worry, you'll see this sheet again!)
I love this dress... but it looked a bit rough in this light mint color. Also, the bridesmaids were wearing mint. You can not match the bridesmaids!!!
I let the dress soak for about 1 hour.
I then stuck it in the washer on cold with no detergent for 30 mins just to wash out all the extra dye.
I met Jamie my freshmen year of college.
Back then, she was friends with a wonderful gentleman named Allen.
And this vintage photo of me is the first time I made my own dress! It fit TERRIBLY, but it was fabric that I had found in a bag sale for $2.00!!! Guess I was just meant for this...
